It is most common that our clients provide a rough sketch outlining the basic floor plan requirements. From your sketch, our designers prepare the first draft or your home, commonly called a preliminary drawing. The preliminary drawing will include detailed and dimensioned floor plans and four exterior elevations.

Upon receipt of the preliminary drawings, we ask that you review and closely study the detailed floor plans and elevations. Once you have completely examined the log home design, it is common that you will require modification to suit your personal preferences. After we have a completed preliminary design we can proceed with the final working drawings. The working drawings are the final log home blueprints required for building permits, engineering and the construction of your log home.
