Our optional second floor system includes dimensional lumber floor joists as standard with an upgrade option of I-Joists (as shown) when requested. The sub-flooring is a top quality 3/4" CCX Fir Plywood for strength and durability.

  • Floor Joists (9 1/2” Manufactured or Dimensional Lumber @16" on center)
  • 3/4” T&G Fir Ply-Wood
  • Cross Bridging
  • Ledger Boards
  • Rim Joists

  • 1x6 Under Ceiling Pine Liner
 
Finished floor system with 1 x 6 t&g pine ceiling
Finishing off the floor system is a beautiful 1x6 T&G pine ceiling.
